The olive oil extra virgin in the 16 hectares of my land, which 12 hectares are destined in the cultivation of the seculars and young olive trees, with the most typical variety : Leccino, Dritta, Frantoio, Maurino, Moraiolo, Pendolino, Gentile, Ascolana, Intosso, Carboncella.

The Olive oil extra virgin of "Lu' Cavalire" is produced with the only ingredients of love, work, passion and tradition and with the perfume of the Adriatic sea that you can admire from the green hills of the coast Abruzzese. All this has allowed us to produce a perfumed olive oil and appreciated taste, of a pinch of fruit with a mix balance of bitter and spicy .

The low acidity contained (lower than 0,5%) it makes the product of high digestibility, that reflect completely the Mediterranean tradition.

 

The olive oil extra virgin of "Lu' Cavalire" is bottled in 0,25 cl. and in 0,50 cl, also in Aluminum tin of 5 liters
